What this site is

Demolition Gold Coast is a demolition enquiry and referral service covering the Gold Coast, Queensland. We publish decision support for people facing a demolition project, we take enquiries by phone, and where an enquiry matches a suitable independent provider we may refer it to them with the required disclosure.

The independent provider performs the work. They hold their own licences and insurance, they quote and schedule the job, and any agreement about the work is between you and them.

Why the site reads the way it does

Most demolition websites lead with years in business, project counts, crew photographs, recycling percentages and review scores. We have none of those to publish, because no verified first-party operating history has been supplied to this site. Rather than invent numbers to fill the same shapes, this site does something different: it publishes the decision support that a person actually needs before they call anyone.

That means:

What we are not claiming

This deserves to be explicit rather than buried in a disclaimer, because the demolition industry is regulated and the stakes are real. Demolition Gold Coast does not claim, and you should not infer:

If any of those become true and verifiable, they will appear here because a verified fact was supplied — not because a page needed filling. Until then, the absence is the honest answer.

Who actually does the work

An independent provider, matched to the job. Provider matching considers the project type, the suburb, the scale and access, and any regulated capability the work requires — asbestos removal, complex commercial scopes and engineered partial demolition all need verified capability rather than general willingness.

Provider fulfilment across all launch areas currently starts unassigned. In practice that means an enquiry is only referred where a suitable provider is a genuine fit. We would rather tell you on the call that we cannot help than take your details and pass them somewhere unsuitable.

Where our regulatory information comes from

Statements about demolition licensing, notification requirements and asbestos removal are drawn from WorkSafe Queensland guidance and Queensland Government planning material, cited on the pages where they appear and carrying a last-reviewed date. They are general information. Requirements are specific to each property and scope, and a licensed building certifier is the right party to confirm what applies to yours.

About the images

The photographic images on this site are generated, illustrative images. They show the kind of work and site conditions being described. None of them documents a project carried out by Demolition Gold Coast or by any particular provider, and none should be read as evidence of capability. The service-area diagram is a code-drawn map of enquiry coverage — it does not mark offices, depots or branches, because there are none.
