How the Demolition Enquiry & Referral Process Works
This page exists so there is no ambiguity about what Demolition Gold Coast is. We take demolition enquiries by phone for the Gold Coast and may refer them to a suitable independent provider. We do not perform demolition work.
If we miss your call, our automated assistant may text you to continue your service enquiry. Your details may be shared with a suitable independent local provider so they can contact you about the job. See our Privacy Policy.
What we do and what we do not do
What Demolition Gold Coast does
- Publishes decision support about demolition project types, approvals, access and hazardous materials on the Gold Coast
- Takes inbound phone enquiries from customers who call us
- Works out what the project actually is and whether it can be matched
- With the required disclosure, may share your enquiry with a suitable independent provider so they can contact you
- May send an automated SMS follow-up if we miss your call, and stops immediately on request
What Demolition Gold Coast does not do
- Perform demolition, asbestos removal or any other physical work
- Own or operate excavators, trucks or any other plant
- Hold demolition or asbestos removal licences
- Quote, price or schedule work on a provider's behalf
- Guarantee that a provider is available, or that any enquiry will be accepted
- Provide engineering, certification, legal or safe-work advice
Process
The five steps
From your first call to work being planned on site.
-
You call
You describe the property, the project type and your timeframe. It is a phone conversation — there is no form, no booking calendar and no chat widget on this site.
-
Scope and referral
We work out what the job actually is and whether it matches a suitable independent provider. With the required disclosure, your enquiry may be shared with that provider so they can contact you.
-
Provider assessment
The independent provider assesses the site, discusses availability and pricing, and is responsible for their own licences, insurance and the work. We do not quote on their behalf.
-
Approvals, utilities and hazards
A licensed certifier confirms the approval path, services are disconnected or capped, and any licensed asbestos removal is completed. These items usually set the earliest possible start date.
-
Work planning
The provider plans site setup, protection, method, waste handling and the agreed site finish, and schedules the work directly with you.
The referral disclosure
When you call, the purpose of the conversation is to gather enough information for a provider to assess the job. Before your details are shared, the position is this:
Your enquiry may be shared with a suitable independent local provider so they can contact you about availability, pricing and the work.
The independent provider is a separate business. They are responsible for their own licences, insurance, qualifications, quoting, scheduling, warranties and the work performed. Any agreement about the work is between you and that provider — not between you and Demolition Gold Coast.
The missed-call SMS disclosure
Demolition enquiries often come in while someone is on site or driving, so calls get missed. Where the automated assistant is enabled, this is what happens:
If we miss your call, our automated assistant may text you to continue your service enquiry.
- It is only ever triggered by a call you made to us first. We do not text people who have not called.
- The message identifies itself as an automated assistant and identifies the brand.
- It asks one concise question at a time and stops once there is enough for a provider to assess the enquiry.
- It will not quote a price, promise availability, claim licences, diagnose asbestos or assess structural safety.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Opt-outs are actioned immediately.
If you are reporting an immediate danger — a structure at risk of collapse, a fire, or exposed hazardous material — contact emergency services or the relevant authority. Do not wait for a call back, and do not rely on an automated assistant.
What information is gathered
Only what a provider genuinely needs to contact you and assess the job: your name and callback number, the suburb or postcode, the project type, a short job description, the structure or property type, approximate scope, your timeframe, site access constraints, whether hazardous materials are known or suspected, whether photos exist, a preferred contact time, and the state of the referral disclosure.
We do not ask for dates of birth, financial details, identity documents or any other sensitive information for an ordinary demolition enquiry. If someone claiming to be from Demolition Gold Coast asks you for that, it is not us. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Why there is no form on this website
Calls are the only public conversion path here. There is no enquiry form, quote form, callback request, booking calendar, email capture, live chat, WhatsApp or Messenger funnel anywhere on this site — not hidden in a modal, not disguised as a chat bubble. A demolition scope has too many variables to capture in a form field, and a phone conversation resolves in two minutes what a form gets wrong in twenty.
About the images on this site
Images on this website are illustrative and do not depict a specific completed project, crew or equipment. They are generated, illustrative images used to show the kind of work and site conditions being described. None of them documents a project carried out by Demolition Gold Coast or by any particular provider.
What we do not claim
No verified first-party experience, licences, insurance, pricing, guarantees, completed projects, reviews, staff or equipment have been supplied to this site, so none are published. You will not find a years-in-business figure, a job count, a recycling percentage, a star rating or a response-time promise here, because we have nothing genuine to base them on. If that changes, it will change because verified facts were supplied — not because the copy needed filling.
Call to start an enquiry
Now you know exactly what happens next. Tell us the suburb, the project type and roughly what is involved.
