Each page covers what that project type involves, when a dedicated provider is typically required, what changes the cost, and what to have ready before you call.
- Full house knockdown House Demolition Detached dwellings, knockdown-rebuild preparation and clearing a residential block back to ground level.
- Commercial building or tenancy Commercial Demolition Retail, office, warehouse, hospitality and other non-residential structures, including staged and operating-site works.
- Internal strip-out or defit Strip Out Demolition Internal demolition, tenancy defits and back-to-base works where the building structure stays in place.
- Part of the building stays Partial Demolition Selective structural or non-structural removal where a defined part of the building remains in place.

How the six project types differ
The fastest way to land on the right page is to answer one question: how much of the building is still standing when the job is finished?

Not sure which one applies?
That is a normal place to start, and it is worth a phone call rather than a guess. Describe the property and what you want to end up with, and the project type usually resolves itself in the first two minutes.
- If the whole building goes, start at house demolition or commercial demolition.
- If the shell stays and the inside goes, start at strip out demolition.
- If part of the building stays standing, start at partial demolition.
- If asbestos is known or suspected, read asbestos & demolition first — it usually sets the timeline.

Services we do not currently list
Industrial demolition, high-reach demolition, marine demolition and standalone concrete removal are not launch services. That is a deliberate decision: each depends on specialist plant, licensing and verified provider capability that we are not going to imply we have. If your project falls into one of those categories, describe it on the call and it will only be referred where a suitable provider is a genuine fit.
