1. What this service is

Demolition Gold Coast publishes general information about demolition projects on the Gold Coast and operates a phone-based enquiry and referral service. Demolition Gold Coast is a Gold Coast demolition enquiry and referral service. The independent provider is responsible for its own licences, insurance, quoting, scheduling and the work performed.

2. Independent providers

Where an enquiry is referred, the receiving provider is an independent business. They are solely responsible for:

• Holding and maintaining any licences their work requires, including demolition work licences and asbestos removal licences
• Their own insurances, qualifications, competency and work health and safety obligations
• Quoting, pricing, scheduling and performing the work
• Any warranty, guarantee or representation they give you
• Compliance with approval, notification and disposal requirements applicable to the work they perform

Any agreement about the work is between you and that provider. Demolition Gold Coast is not a party to it, does not act as their agent for the purpose of that agreement, and does not supervise, direct or verify the work performed.

3. No guarantee of referral or acceptance

Calling does not create an entitlement to a referral, a quote or a booking. Provider fulfilment across all launch areas currently starts unassigned. An enquiry is only referred where a suitable provider is a genuine fit for the work, the area and any regulated capability required, and a provider may decline any enquiry for its own reasons. No response time is promised.

4. Information on this site is general

Everything published here — including material about approvals, licensing, notifications, asbestos, utilities, access, cost drivers, waste and site finish — is general information about how demolition projects usually work. It is not:

• Advice about your specific property or scope
• Building certification, planning or engineering advice
• Legal advice
• Safe work instruction or a method statement
• An assessment of whether any material is or is not asbestos
• A substitute for the judgement of a licensed certifier, structural engineer or licensed provider

Regulatory requirements change and are specific to each property and scope. Confirm what applies to your project with the appropriate qualified party before acting on anything you read here.

5. Do not attempt regulated work yourself

Nothing on this site should be read as encouragement to carry out demolition or hazardous-material removal yourself. Do not disturb, break, sand, drill, water-blast or dispose of suspected asbestos-containing material. Do not remove structure whose load-bearing role has not been confirmed. Where there is an immediate danger — structural collapse risk, fire, or exposed hazardous material — contact emergency services or the relevant authority.

6. Enquiries and communications

By calling, you are asking us to help route a demolition enquiry. Where the automated assistant is enabled and a call is missed, an automated SMS may follow up on that enquiry, and replying STOP ends it immediately. 7. Images and diagrams

Images on this website are illustrative and do not depict a specific completed project, crew or equipment. Photographic images are generated illustrations of the kind of work and site conditions described. The service-area diagram shows enquiry coverage only and does not mark offices, depots or branches. Neither should be treated as evidence of capability or of work performed.

8. External links

This site links to WorkSafe Queensland, Queensland Government planning material and other external sources. Those sites are controlled by their publishers and their content can change. We link to them because they are the authoritative source; we do not control or warrant their content.

9. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Demolition Gold Coast is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, from the acts or omissions of an independent provider, or from any agreement you enter into with a provider. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are updated when the operating model or the verified business identity changes. The last-reviewed date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review.
